Organic Coconut Flour

Our Organic Coconut Flour contains less fat due to more efficient processes that are used and it contains highest levels of dietary fibre and a good share of protein; it is gluten free and hypoallergenic.

Usage:

Organic Coconut Flour can be used as a 10-15% substitute for wheat flour in conventional recipes. It can also be stirred into muesli, yoghurt, shakes, smoothies and dips or to thicken sauces.
